"New" Braves Luncheon

Jason Marquis and Chris Seelbach joined fifty 400 Club members to kick off the 2001 lunch season. Lunch was followed by a thirty-minute question and answer session. Some highlights:

CS: Tailored uniforms.

Q: Do you have a nickname?
CS: "Head" because his hat size is so expansive.
JM: "Pie" or "Horshack" after the characters in 'American Pie' and 'Welcome Back Kotter', respectively.

Jason revealed that he would have attended Miami University had he not signed with the Braves, and his alternate occupation was 'Medicine'.

Chris almost matriculated to Mississippi State, and he would be playing gold if it were not for baseball.

His wife Kit and their two-year old daughter Austin joined Chris at the luncheon.
