| Mike Remlinger (r) welcomes Reggie Sanders to the BravesReggie Sanders was acquired from the San Diego Padres along with Quilvio Veras and Wally Joyner in exchange for Ryan Klesko, Bret Boone, and Jason Shiell on December 22, 1999. Last year with the Padres, Reggie hit .285 with a 26 home runs, 72 RBI and 36 stolen bases. He led San Diego in home runs, extra-base hits, stolen bases and at-bats, and was named National League Player of the Week for the week of June 28-July 4. Reggie was born in Florence, South Carolina, and currently resides in Tampa, Florida. |
