38th Annual Eddie Glennon Gameboree

The 38th Annual Eddie Glennon Gameboree was held on Saturday, February 7, 2004 at the Marriott Century Center.

The theme of this year's Gamboree was "Atlanta Goes Major League".  It was a celebration remembering the first major league baseball season in Atlanta with special emphasis on the very first game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and our Atlanta Braves.

Players from both teams of that first game were invited and those able to attend gave the audience their perspective of the game and season.

The MC for the evening was Pete Van Wieren, who as usual did a great job of entertaining those in attendance.
