We polled the membership to see which city we should visit for this years' major league trip and the overwhelming majority selected Minneapolis, Minnesota.   We'll take in three games at the brand new Target Field in downtown Minneapolis.   This is the inaugural season for the Twins in their purpose built, open air stadium in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.   Target Field is a world-class facility created expressly for baseball.   This new Minneapolis landmark offers a fan-friendly facility with an intimate environment.   It will make everyone forget about the Metrodome.

We'll leave Atlanta on Friday morning, June 11, and travel by jet to Minneapolis.   Upon arrival, we'll travel to our downtown hotel which will be within walking distance of the ballpark.   We'll see the Braves play Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Activities while in Minneapolis are still being planned.   The Mall of America will be easily accessible via light rail for all you shop-a-holics in the club.   Our return flight to Atlanta will depart early Sunday evening.   All details will be finalized in April.
